Jesus Training College, Mala is a self financing B. Ed college, affiliated to the University of Calicut and approved by Southern Regional Committee National Council for Teacher Education, Bangalore. J.T.C is the brainchild of His Excellence RT. Rev. Dr. James Pazhayattil, Bishop of Irinjalakuda. Our motto is ‘Lead Kindly Light’. The college was formally inaugurated by His Excellency on 15th June 1995. The college is named after Jesus Christ. The greatest teacher the world has ever seen. This temple of learning is open to all students irrespective of caste and creed. The trainees are helped to grow in their cultural, social and religious traditions. The recipe for the success of this college is the bond between the management and the faculty. A dedicated and competent teaching community has raised the art and science of teaching by a few not notches.
